The Team Leadership Excellence program is a comprehensive 13-week journey that equips participants with the essential skills and mindset to lead teams effectively.

The program is divided into three layers of learning:


Self leadership Week 1-3:

  • Foundational Assessments and Reflection exercises about your leadership identity: Participants undergo assessments to discover their authentic personalities and unique talents, making work more effortless. 
  • Understanding your deeper drivers: Explore the core essences that drive life choices and behaviors, gaining insights into internal emotional systems. 
  • Emotional Mastery: Learn to navigate and manage conditioned emotions, ensuring alignment with authentic personalities.
Team Leadership Dynamics Week 4-11 
  • Communication Mastery: Learn how to communicate for better understanding and create an environment of open dialogue.

It contains online self-paced elements, self-assessments, reflection and observation exercises, peer group coaching circles, live webinars and personalised 1:1 coaching sessions with our senior practitioners.

The standard program investment per participant is $2,750.

Our goal is to make the application and enrollment process seamless, ensuring that you can embark on this transformative leadership experience with ease.

STEP 1: Express Your Interest: Begin by expressing your interest in the program. You can do this by reaching out to our team or filling out the online inquiry form.

STEP 2: Application: The application form will be processed by the team and if needed a consultation call will follow where we provide answers to any remaining questions, discuss payment terms and start date.

STEP 3: Agreement and Enrollment: If the proposal aligns with your expectations, we will proceed to securing your place. You can transfer the whole amount in one go, or pay in three installments. Your place is secured when we receive your payment.

STEP 4: Onboarding and Orientation: Before the program officially begins, we conduct onboarding and orientation sessions to familiarize participants with the learning platform, schedules, and program expectations.

STEP 5: Program Kick Off: The Team Leadership Excellence program kicks off with a comprehensive introduction, setting the stage for the transformative journey ahead.

Our goal is to make the application and enrollment process seamless, ensuring that your team can embark on this transformative leadership experience with ease.

STEP 1: Express Your Interest: Begin by expressing your interest in the program. You can do this by reaching out to our team or filling out the online inquiry form.

STEP 2: Consultation Call: Once we receive your expression of interest, a member of our team will schedule a consultation call with you. This call is an opportunity for us to learn more about your specific needs, discuss program details, and address any questions you may have.

STEP 3: Proposal: Following the consultation call, we will provide you with a customized proposal based on your organization's requirements. This proposal will include details such as program duration, possible start date(s), cohort size, special pricing if applicable, and any additional features tailored to your team.

STEP 4: Agreement and Securing your Project:  If the proposal aligns with your expectations, we will proceed to the agreement phase. Once you accept our proposal we will issue an invoice according to the payment terms and conditions. Upon receiving the confirmation that the invoice was processed we can move onto Enrollment.

STEP 5: Enrollment: If needed we can assist in the selection process otherwise we'll wait for your greenlight when you have the participants selected. In order to complete the enrollment we will need participants names, email addresses and some other key details. Once we received the necessary information your team can sign into the platform and the the program can start at a time that suits your schedule and upon our agreement.

STEP 4: Orientation: Before the program officially begins, we conduct an onboarding and orientation session to familiarize participants with the learning platform, schedules, and program expectations.

STEP 5: Program Kick Off: The Team Leadership Excellence program kicks off with a comprehensive introduction, setting the stage for the transformative journey ahead.

We offer a certificate of completion. The certificate is the acknowledgment that you successfully completed the program and onboarded the Conscious Business Institute methodology for building truly engaged, collaborative, and purpose-driven teams.

The refund policy only applies to public cohort participants.

Life situations, circumstances, and directions can change and our aim is to be as fair and accommodating as possible to everyone’s unique situation and wellbeing.

We'll give you a prorated refund (after processing fees) if after 3 weeks you believe this program is not for you.
